Chelsea menang telak atas tuan rumah Brighton 4-0 lewat gol Eden Hazard (menit 3,77), Willian (6) dan Victor Moses (89). Hasil ini memantapkan Chelsea di peringkat ketiga dengan 50 poin, di bawah Manchester United (53) dan Manchester City (65).
Skuat Jose Mourinho hanya menang tipis pekan ini atas Burnley 1-0 lewat gol Anthony Martial menit 54. Sedangkan City memukul tamunya, Newscastle United 3-1. Gol City diborong striker asal Argentina Sergio Aguero. The Gunners Arsenal juga memetik kemenangan atas Crystal Palace 4-1.
